1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Payviox ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Payviox payment processing services, website, and related applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Payviox provides payment processing services that enable businesses to accept payments online and in person. Our Service includes processing transactions, managing accounts, facilitating refunds, and providing analytics and reporting.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Payviox immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Fees and Payment

Payviox charges fees for use of the Service. The applicable fees are disclosed at the time you register for the Service or at the time of each transaction. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with notice to you.

You authorize Payviox to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed by charging other payment methods on file, retaining collection agencies, or pursuing legal action.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Processing illegal or prohibited transactions
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Using the Service to engage in fraudulent activities
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent our security measures
• Using the Service for any purpose other than as intended
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Payviox and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Payviox.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payviox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
